The key for your assigned accomodation can be collected at the reception from 4.00pm on the day of your arrivalv and must be brought back not later than 10.00am on the day of your fixed departure, in case you don't rispect this rule you will be charged with 100,00 € penalty. In all our accommodations the number and the identity of the authorized people, due to public security reasons, cannot be exceeded or modified. The authorized number can be exceeded only if there are children, who are not yet 1 year old.
Each person must wear the bracelet, we give you at the check-in No entrance for the animals in the campsite.
No tents, tarpaulins, washing lines, fences, dividers, etc. may be erected in areas outside your assigned accommodation, as penalty the immediate removal.
Inside the Camping Village is not allowed to move with motorcars except at the moment of the arrival and the departure time from 8:00 am to 12:00 am and from 4:00 pm to 8.:00 pm in order to reach the assigned accommodation. During the break time from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 12:00 pm to 8:00 am complete silence must be respected. | | Booking: | | • | Booking of all our accommodations must be confirmed by sending a 50% earnest of the total amount of your stay and the sum must be deposited within 7 days after your phone or e-mail confirmation. The balance must be paid at the arrival. The admittance, therefore, constitutes the whole acceptance and observance of all the articles that constitute these regulations. Moreover, the camping Management can add, separately, those norms which may be considered opportune for the smooth running of the campsite.
Art.1 These regulations are for all our guests who will make use of our pitches, services, common areas and accommodations. All our guests are bound to observe the rules of good behaviour, politeness and hygiene and if this does not take place or fights and arguments will break out with other guests or with the staff members, Europing 2000 may turn out such people, without any written warning, and free the pitch from such people’s camping vehicle or tents, which will then be held at the cost of the offender. Except by an agreement signed in advance no group bookings will be accepted. If it made erroneously they will be considered as invalid without the signature of the aforesaid agreement. No unidentified people can accede at the campsite without the Management authorization. No entrance for all kind of animals in the Camping Village.
Art.2 Management reserves the right to refuse access to unwelcome campers or to guests if the campsite is sold out.
Art.3 Management, during the period in which the campsite is open, is operative every day 24 hours out of 24. Payment may be made every day: - in the morning from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. - in the afternoon from 3.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Art.4 At the arrival, guests must show their respective Identity Documents for the check-in operation, after that the reception staff will give a personal pass (bracelet) to each of them, which must be presented on staff request at any moment.
Art.5 The camping vehicles (caravans, tents, camper trailer and campervans) and rented accommodation (bungalows, mobile homes and caravans) can only be occupied by those persons registered by the reception. The number of occupants of the abovementioned caravans, tents, camper trailer and campervans cannot in any case exceed the number established by the type-approval system.
Art.6 In case you want to go out of the campsite for the night with your campervan, you need to:
• on departure, hand in your pass to Reception, so that your absence may be registered;
• on re-entry, retrieve your pass from Reception and sign the P.S. (Public Security) application to be readmitted
Art.7 The camping group leader or family chief is responsible for the whole group or family, including minors, lodgers and guests. Minors are admitted only if accompanied by parents or adult relatives who are registered in the campsite. Children must be accompanied when they use the different facilities or when they go to the toilets. Management declines all the responsibilities for the care of minors while on the premises.
Art.8 The assigned pitch cannot be changed without Management’s approval. It is strictly forbidden to occupy space outside the pitch’s boundaries, that are marked by numbered pillars.
Art.9 All those guests who stay in the campsite for a period of less than 7 nights must remain in the short stay area in which a greater circulation of vehicles is allowed and in which there is the possibility to park only one car in the assigned pitch.
Art.10 For each empty caravan, tent, camper trailer or campervan there will be a charge levied for 2 persons over and above the basic tariff for such camping vehicles. During the high season period, empty camping vehicles or tents are not allowed.
Art.11 The use of the pitch entails the payment of the tariffs as indicated by the current price list. Such tariffs are levied from the first day of your stay until 20.00 of the day of departure. You will have to pay for an extra day if you stay beyond these times.
Art.12 It is allowed to install only one other tent on one’s pitch, besides the primary camping vehicle, and on authorization of Management and on payment of the amount indicated on the tariff list as the 2nd structure. Undeclared vehicles or structures will be removed immediately.
Art.13 Those clients who have pitches with hook-up points must not use the facilities for any purposes that are different from the personal hygiene. Where the pitch has a drainage point, you are reminded that the drainage pipes are susceptible to blockage on use of improper refuse. Therefore, we remind you to take maximum care.
Art.14 The booking of rented accommodation is effected to all intents and purposes after the deposit of 50% of the total sum of your stay, and must be deposited by and not later than a week before your intended stay. The remaining amount must be paid on arrival. In case of cancellation, there is: a 50% refund, if cancellation is made 30 days before the beginning of your stay; a 20% refund, if cancellation is made from 15 to 30 days before the beginning of your stay; after that there is no refund. Any misunderstandings regarding bookings do not entitle clients to the refund of the deposit.
Art.15 Rented accommodation cannot be occupied before 16.00 pm. on the Saturday on which you arrive and must be vacated by 10.00 am. on the Saturday on which you depart. The furnishing of rented accommodation must not be moved or taken outside. Clients will be held responsible for the proper handling of all furnishing.
Art.16 Inside the Camping Village is not allowed to move with motorcars except at the moment of the arrival and the departure time from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 16.00 to 20.00 in order to reach the assigned pitch or accommodation. Outside of these times you must park in the designated parking area which is open 24 hours out of 24. Management declines all responsibility for break-ins and damage of any kind that may take place while your car is parked in the parking area. For the owners of campervans, we remind you that you may not circulate even for the purposes of camper-service** except in the area as indicated by art.9
Art.17 Any boats must be moored in the designated area (fenced in, but unguarded) of the campsite, observing the established times and modality of retrieval as well as the deposit established by Management. It is absolutely forbidden to park cars, boats, canoes, or any other kind of vehicle or sailing vessel on, or near the pitches. Management declines every responsibility for break-ins and damage of any kind.
Art.18 Guests (considered as such all those who visit relatives or friends for a period of more than one hour and of less than a week) must leave an Identity Document at the reception and pay a tariff on the basis of the current price list. Campers wishing to receive guests must give advance notice to Management. During the period of high season in both the Village and in the Campsite, Management reserves the right to give access to guests only after having verified that the maximum number of persons allowed has not been exceeded.
Art.19 Visitors may not remain for more than one hour, and must leave a valid Identity Document at the Reception in order to have access at the campsite.
Art.20 We remind you to respect others’ right to quiet at all times, and in particular during the Quiet Times from 2:00 pm to 4.00 pm and from 01.00 am to 8.00 am, during which the following activities are strictly forbidden:
• to use of the TV, radio, musical instruments at a volume perceptible from another pitch;
• to circulate in cars, campervans, motorbikes or any other vehicles;
• to ride a bicycle;
• to wash dishes;
• to use the washing machines.
Campers who create a disturbance will be expelled immediately and fined for damages caused to the image of Europing 2000 S.r.l.
Art.21 All those using shared ablutions are entreated to leave them in order after use. Washing facilities for dishes and clothes must not be used for purposes of personal hygiene. Order, cleanliness and the proper functioning of communal services are entrusted to the civil and respectful behaviour of their users. Clothing and general behaviour must at all times be such so as not to create a nuisance. Incorrect or noisy behaviour will lead to immediate expulsion from the campsite.
Art.22 For the safety of the campsite and all its guests we remind guests of the obligatory use of protherm cables as established by law for connection to electrical hook-up points and to ensure that the appliances are earthed. The electricity available from the hook-up point ensures use of up to 3 Ampères (for example: a lamp, a TV and a fridge at the same time). Therefore you need to avoid the use of electrical appliances which demand a higher electrical output such as irons, fans, hairdryers, etc. Any tripped switches will be reactivated only during the day during staff working hours.
Art.23 It is strictly forbidden to:
• be in possession of tanks of petrol and in addition to pour such or other inflammable liquids from one container to another;
• light fires or have barbecues with wood;
• have more than one extra gas cylinder;
• put up fences or screens, set up permanent tables outside, hang wires; the use of the washing line is therefore obligatory;
• use the fire extinguishers, if not for purpose of putting out fires;
• hook up to the electrical points (columns) or to water or drainage points without the prior permission of Management;
• wash cars, campervans, caravans and verandas within the Campsite;
• throw paper and other waste on the ground; please use the bins we have provided;
• damage plants or trees by planting nails, scrape tree trunks with blades or sharp objects, cut branches, or anything that can cause damage, often irreparable, to Nature.
Art.24 Any contagious illness must be communicated to Management without delay.
Art.25 Management is not responsible for:
• any damages, break-ins and accidents which take place inside the campsite, which is an open area in which guests and motor vehicles circulate continually;
• any damages while using the beach, which is an unguarded area, and therefore by anomalous waves, sand storms etc;
• any damages caused by falling branches, pine cones, trees; by wind or thunder storms, or any other natural event.
Art.26 Campervans and caravans and their relative motor vehicles must be in conformity with regulations pertaining to their use on the roads, have insurance covering third party and fire and be in order with customs and fiscal authorities, their owners being totally responsible in all these regards.
Art.27 Clients must take note that any disregard of any of the abovementioned regulations will lead to immediate expulsion from the campsite, as well as full payment for the projected period of stay and payment for damages caused. These regulations must be accepted in their entirety by the leaders of each camping group or by the heads of each family.
Art.28 Any ensuing legal controversy will be referred to the competent legal authority in Civitavecchia. | | |
